Meet the Staff

Our entire staff is highly trained to attend to all our patient needs. Our goal is to make your visit to our office as comfortable and easy as possible.

Assistants

Our chairside assistants have over 50 years combined experience. They participate in continuing education seminars throughout the year. Our knowledgeable staff also ensures that all OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection control are fulfilled or exceeded.

Treatment Coordinators

Our treatment coordinators have a combined 40 years experience in the dental field. They have seen the many changes in endodontic treatment as well as the many changes in the varied dental benefit options provided by employers. They are happy to assist you with your appointment scheduling and will help you to get the maximum from your dental benefits.

 

Eva M

Eva takes pride each and every day in providing every patient with the very best care. With a genuine love for the job she is rewarded with the gratitude and smiles she receives from the patients at the end of their visit. Eva attended Lake Michigan College Dental assistant program and received her dental assistant certificate in 2006. She is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and certified nationally (CDA). Eva has been a part of Southwest Michigan Endodontics assisting for the past 22 years. Eva is a native Portuguese speaker.

Outside of the office, Eva enjoys jogging, cooking, and photography. You can see some of her photos on the home page of this website. Eva and her husband Mark enjoy family time with their three sons and daughters-in-laws. She also enjoys kayaking and hiking.

 

Jennifer L

Joining Southwest Michigan Endodontics in 1999, Jennifer enjoys working with our team in her duties as a dental assistant. Being able to interact with patients on a daily basis, and help them with their oral health is a rewarding experience for her, and she is dedicated to every patient’s complete satisfaction. She feels blessed to be part of such an incredible, caring team that works together to ensure each patient visit is as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

She has 27 years of experience as a dental assistant, and holds an Associate Degree in Dental Assisting from Lake Michigan College. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with many of her three children’s school, church, and extracurricular activities. 

 

Sadie A  

Sadie joined Southwest Michigan Endodontics family in July of 2024. Sadie brings a fresh new face to Southwest Michigan Endodontics. She graduated with a Bachelors degree from Indiana University of South Bend obtaining her degree in Applied Health and Science. She enjoys working with patients and ensuring their experience at our practice is stress free. Many patients do not always know what to expect with a specialty dental office, so Sadie makes the experience enjoyable, with a large smile on her face. Sadie is excited to be a part of our team at Southwest Michigan Endodontics. 

When Sadie is not in the office, you can find her at Silver Beach Pizza serving pizza or spending time with her son, fiancé, and kitties. She will be happy to discuss her love for her furry friends. She enjoys the beach, camping, and traveling to Florida. 

KYRA K

Kyra is the newest member of our SWM Endodontic family. She takes great pride in giving patients the best experience possible during their visit at Southwest Michigan Endodontics. Her goal is to make each patient’s experience the best they have ever had and promises to give the highest quality of care with a smile.  

Kyra lives life in full color! When she’s not immersed in her studies as a full-time student at Ferris State University, she’s out chasing adventure and creativity. She enjoy fishing, arts and crafts, traveling, and riding through trails with her boyfriend. Kyra is a proud caretaker of a chubby cat named Kie Kie, six show rabbits she exhibits at the Berrien County Youth Fair, three curious mice, and an array of fish tanks. Kyra’s life is a mixture of passion, pets, and purpose — a dynamic blend of science, nature, and art that makes every day an adventure.
